1. Refunds before work begins
You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided the service has not yet been delivered (no session has taken place and no report has been sent). To request a refund, email [email protected] with the email address used at checkout, your order reference, and the service purchased.
2. Services already delivered
Once a session has taken place or a report or audit has been delivered, the service is considered performed and is non-refundable, unless the delivered work materially fails to match the service description. Please contact us with details so we can review the issue and determine an appropriate remedy.
For multi-session packages, if one session has taken place, we may refund the unused portion. Any refund will reflect the portion of the package not yet delivered.
3. Founder Partner subscription
You may cancel the Founder Partner subscription any time before the next billing date. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid month. The current month is not refunded once a session has been held. Unused session time does not roll over.
4. Refund processing
We respond to refund requests within 2 business days; approved refunds are issued via Dodo Payments to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days. The time it takes for the funds to appear may also depend on your payment provider or bank.
5. Chargebacks and statutory rights
Please contact us before filing a chargeback so we can try to resolve the issue first. This Policy does not exclude or limit any rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law. If you are an EU consumer and have a statutory right to withdraw, that right is lost only when the service has been fully performed and you have given any express request and acknowledgment required by law. Where applicable law gives you additional rights, those rights continue to apply.
